We are thinking of adding a small(ish) seasonal event space to the farm. The thought is that it would be a heated marquee on the lawn of the house (so it doesn't impact the tree farm but is accessible for the toilets and reasonably weatherproof).
It would be available for use during November (evenings and weekends) and from about the 8th December until Christmas (7 days a week and evenings). We wouldn't use it during the busiest couple of weeks for tree sales as that would just add to congestion on site.

For your information, Father Christmas has suggested he may be available (on roughly the dates above) to come to the farm to see people (of all ages!) who want to share their gift list. That isn't likely to be before 2027 and will be a different area of the farm so we aren't planning to use this (as yet unnamed!) event space for a grotto!
